NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of February 29, 2008 and who are, as of February 29, 2008, subscribers, in good standing, of LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. VOID IN WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY LAW OR OTHERWISE. Employees of LexisNexis, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc. and its parents and its and, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each as well as employees of Corporate Communications Group (CCG) and Imakenews.com email houses (collectively, “Sponsor”) are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.

TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 AM Eastern Time February 29, 2008 through 11:59 PM Eastern Time March 31 2008, go to http://www.martindale-hubbell.co.uk/ and if you submit at least fifteen (15) individuals into the Martindale-Hubbell Client Review product using the Martindale-Hubbell Client Service Center and follow the on-screen instructions you will be automatically entered. Limit one entry per person/household address regardless of method of entry. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected by random drawings, held in the United States of America, on or about April 1, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final on all matters. Winners will be notified by phone/mail. Limit one prize per person/household address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: Three Apple iPod nanos, (approximate retail value $199 USD each). Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. All applicable taxes are the sole and exclusive responsibility of winners. All applicable laws and regulations apply; however by participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that this promotion will be governed and construed under the laws of the United States of America. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All winners may be required produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value.

TERMS: Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules.
